the opal-like white that seems to be trying to consume and contain, no less, the creature within, which in turn looks to be slowly breaking through, but not enough to thoroughly destroy its bonds.

what really grabed my attention was the title. A great song from one of my fav bands. I love how you did this in a light color, really sets the mood well. To me it looks like layers of guaze. The eye is great, wide open gives a feeling of helplessness. Also reminds me of works by Mark Ryden. Great piece.
