what a wonderful shadowy character..that tracer, nightmareish, slow blur as 'he' turns to look at you with dead eyes..*shivers and thanks the powers I dont take lsd anymore* heh..

Amazing, I love the mixed effect of being a real and unreal face, so evil and strange, specially the right eye that looks almost real, and yes, it needs to be printed in a big size!

this peice caught my attention straight away when i went to check out the new raster chapter,seriously awesome,i love the structure of the face,the distortion really play's with your mind,may i ask what part of this is photo-manipulation,and did you use painter or photoshop for this peice.

there's truly not much of the original image there. it's difficult to differentiate what is what at this point, i wish could tell you , yes this is the image and this is the airbrush but it's pretty much impossible now. it actually started out as a study for canvas (i'm a painter as well), i kinda liked what i was getting and decided to make it my submission for raster this past chapter. my plans are still to paint this fairly large on canvas or maybe board - more than likely canvas because of the sheer size it will be. i plan to post it here as a few folks have shown interest in the actual painting once it's done.

i considered doing it on one of my walls but i dont plan on living in this house forever and it would kinda sucks to see it painted over i thnk. i'mn weird about my work that way.
