Where Gaster has trouble ordering a drink.
Gaster has a bit of an “accent” not many monsters or humans understand or have to pay real close attention to him, so he signs, but well… not many know SL.

Gaster's original font that he speaks in is Wingdings. The other one is the Determination font the game uses.
If your curious about the last dialog its just wingdings bit without all-caps
