Some have made really sexual comments on the ponies and I wonder if they know what zoophilia is.EDIT: I'm a brony who isn't interested in clop. You (points to bronies) know your fanbase is bad when one of your own "kind" calls out your bullshit.

The thing I am confused about is that everyone thinks bronies are creepy because they fap to ponies but thats the situation for all fandoms. EVERY, SINGLE, ONE!
Every fandom will have a group of 100 people who get their jollies off the show or thing they like. There will be Sonic fans that will want to jack off to Amy, their are Thunder Cats fans who will jack off to Cheetarah and their will be Pokemon fans who want to jack to May.
Every fandom comes with its fair share of creeps, it just comes with the territories of being in any online fandom.
Its why i get frustrated when people who hate bronies use this excuse as to why we are "wrong" and its also why i get angry when bronies turn on their own because of Rule 34.
This stuff happens but you know what makes a fandom worth fighting for...
2 reasons
1:That the risky content is out weighed by the more suitable and talented content.
2:That a fandom can make it through this tunnel and come out the other end still standing.
The Brony fandom has aced both these reasons.
I am proud to call myself a brony and when someone says to me "EEWWW THATS FULL OF CLOPPERS AND STUPID PATHETIC NECKBEARDS!!" I say "Dude, a few people should not represent a good 3 million people, now shut up and listen to this Pinkie Pie remix."

But, NSFW and/or untalented "art" largely outweights "suitable and talented" content, and i bet there would be more bronies who know a hundred porn makers but only ten actual artists than bronies who know a hundred actual artists but only ten porn makers.
as for the "group of 100 people".... if you visit tumblr and do a little search, you can find WAY more than 100 people regenting pony clop blogs, let alone people who watch it and shit like that.
what bronies really should do is get over fucking it. deal with the fact that if you are trend, people will invariably hate on the trend. Also the brony fans really should mature. take a step away from the computer and actually ponder if they chose to be this way, or they were pushed by the mainstream. view the fandom in perspective and decide by themselves if they wanna follow the lifestyle and be beneficious for the group, or if they just want animal porn instead. and then... and ONLY then, they will be worth calling themselves bronies.

I have just ran a search for my little pony with the mature content visible and I did not see any NSFW content at all and I was scrolling for 20 minutes.
If the NSFW was so vast and unbalanced then shouldn't the first results should be clop material?
I do not oppose the fact that people might hate us, everyone will hate something. What infuriates me is when someones claim to hating something or someone is as shallow as puddle.
And btw I have a Tumblr and have yet to see any NSFW stuff on my dash bored as well as finding very little of it when i search "mlp" unless I specifically search for it which is cheating because you are narrowing the search.
One last thing. There is no such thing as being "worthy" or bronies! We are not some kind of ancient ninja academy that only picks certain people.

I am a brony, I watch the show and I know alot about the show's history and it's humble beginnings. I may write songs about some of them. I sure as hell draw them sometimes. But I do not go telling everyone and their mothers about it. I do enjoy other things and while these pastel colored anomalies may consume 10% of my life, the other 90% is my musicianship. I don't enjoy clop. I may laugh at a few R34, but I also tolerate the ones who do clop. I think what most people connotate with the "Brony Community" are those crazed fans who constantly brush the toy's mane. Although some actually do this, that is not the representation for the rest of us. Some bronies like to make music, some like to create art, and some like to write stories or fanfiction. It is a sad commentary on us to know that some of us do not tolerate our fellow cloppers, and what makes us seem weak in our argument. I cannot speak for all of us when we sometimes feel the way we feel. This goes without showing other fanbases, not just the Bronies. If there were more bronies with understanding like mine, I wouldn't have had to explain all of this.

A brony is someone who likes the show. They're just as human as anybody else and shouldn't be treated with disrespect just for liking colorful ponies.
I'm disappointed in how people can't wrap their heads around that. But I feel better at the end of the day knowing that every fanbase has its creepers.
