I think that Lucius accidentally made a watermelon fall on the ground when trying to take a look at it, wondering if he should add that watermelon to his stomach, since he already had a cookie in his hand. The watermelon rolled down the bazaar, which made a thief boy fall over and the bread loafs fly away from his reach, obviously the man owning those loafs of bread was chasing him, and when the thief had fallen the owner could catch up and thus he beat the boy up.
A pidgey came flying down as the owner and the boy were distracted and stole some of the fallen bread, afterwards flying away again to sit on another stall's apples, of course the owner of that stall got mad and tried to get the pidgey away, but the pidgey was stubborn, so during the apple owners "chasing away", he accidentally made a pole fall, which was holding his stall up, so the stall came crashing down.
The stall's crash frightened a meowth and made it jump up in the face of a girl holding a bunch of glass, which made her drop it all. The glass shattered on the ground and the meowth got even more frightened, so it digged it''s claws further into the face of the poor girl. Making the girl blind and in pain. The victim of the meowth's claws began to flail around trying to get the meowth off, she accidentally stepped on the broken glass, and being too poor for decent shoes, she was bare-footed and thus jumped up into the air from the surprise of another pain.
She landed on her butt beside a pelipper, and the pelipper flew away. When up in the air it noticed the cookie in Lucius' and flew down to grab it. It was succesful. And due to the stolen cookie, Lucius got sad.

So, turns out Swift is really a baby daddy for like...5 other women. And 1 man. Or several men and...-you get the picture.
Lucius (while running across the kingdoms one day) ran into a mob of his many offspring
...And one of them looks like Saul .
Lucius:"....But...you....HOW...WWWHHHHYYYYY!?!?!?"

Hm...lesse here. I think Lucius was out ditching paperwork again and going for a walk and singing, "LALALALA-" when suddenly....he trips over his buttribbons! And then hits the floor face first, sits up and begins to tear up.
...I can see those ribbons having a mind of it's own.

Here is what I think happened:
One day Lucius was doing what he does best running around happly near a beach in Oneiros, he was trying to find one of his friends because he had heard good news and he wanted to spread it around, unfortunately he was running so fast he hadn't seen an innocent little caterpie that was crawling along the beach (probably on vacation with it's partner) and Lucius ended up tripping over him and falling flat on his face.
Alice (my PP OC) who happened to be passing by to find her surrogate sister who lived in Oneiros then saw Lucius as the picture presents him crying because he hurt his face from the fall. "Are you okay? What happened?" she asked wondering why an obviously older man would be crying on the beach like that, especially on such a nice day.
"No... I'm not okay... an evil caterpie tripped me," Lucius replied holding his cheek still crying....
Lalala I'll end it like that since I don't want to us your character too much especially since I don't know him well enough to know exactly what's in/out of character for him (despite having gone to read his app, it's easier to know a character when you rp with them?)

Well you see, while sailing around the islands of Oneiros, Caspian and his crew of merry menz found this box of treasure, inside the chest was a mermaid's treasure, no gold coins or jewels but rather a strange clam that had a smiley face on it (wtf). Caspian thought it was cute but his crew was severely disappoint. They returned to the shore and decided to head to a tavern so Fernando and Nero could drink away their disappoint, Caspian decided to take their new clam friend with them. On the way to the Tavern they ran into their royal majesty, Lucius . SUDDENLY the clam opened and a beam of light engulfed their ruler, turning him into a small child. And so Caspian took it upon himself to take care of wee!Luci until he returned to normal.
TL;DR VERSION: LUCIUS WAS TURNED INTO A BABY~ MUCH MOE ENSUED.

Lucius has horns like a devil and a halo like an angel, so Santa couldn't decide whether he was naughty or nice this year and left him in suspense for New Year's.

Lucius was running through Oneiros trying to dodge his royal duties again lolol when his foot caught on something and he tripped! He was okay after he fell until he looked up and saw that he had tripped in front of a huge gathering of Oneiros residents! He isn't upset because it hurt, he is upset because he is embarrassed!
