Description
Drew my 10 year old puppy dog Shadow!
He's a collie X lab and he recently went blind due to SARDS, however he's coping with it really well - in fact he doesn't really seem bothered by it. We're mostly just glad the blindness wasn't caused by something more serious. He can make his way about the house almost perfectly and the vet was surprised at how confident he is when he's out and about (he had Shadow take him for a little walk around the car park as a little test for him - he wasn't sure if maybe he could still see large objects or something).
He also now tries to get away with a lot of shit he knows he's not allowed to do, like practically sitting on top of you when you're eating (can't see, not my fault if I accidentally lick your sandwich) and barging his way through sliding doors, nearly breaking them (how was I supposed to know there was a door there?) Yeah he's still a chancer.
His eyes are actually brown but they throw out some weird colours these days due to being more reflective - Shadow d9b9rgy Shadow d9bk1us
