I have some old illustrations with a similar adult child relationship with the girl having her stumps still in bandages. Name escapes me for the moment.

Your coloring has a really nice quality which shifted over well from your sepia toning before, it looks almost watercolor-like. If it were any farther that way it would look dreamy, but this is perfect. The father's legs need a bit of work with proportions, but I was so focused on the daughter I hardly noticed.
Aside: Do we have a backstory here? Was she born this way?

Yeah, she was born that way. I think I'll draw more to add to the story, I just feel uncertain until I've put it on the picture
