Description
This is based on two pictures I took on a trip to downtown chicago. The base picture was taken off of a bridge on State St over looking the Chicago River. I used various tools such as color burn and clone tool to create my idea. Oh BTW, no filters were used in the creation of this project .****PLEASE VIEW FULL SCREEN BEFORE COMMENTING****

~wow~ Awesome work here... bigger is better.... but other than that it looks great. I would have made the water a brown/greenish color to go along with everything else though.

Nice effect, it looks a bit like old meets new with the old looking buildings in the front and then the new skyscrapers in the background.
