CUTIE BUTTS NEED TO STOOOOP!!I never knew you own characters could give you so many FEELS!!!
These two are from the visual novel I am working on (I'd tell you the name, but I have named it yet). The freckled cutie in the front is the protagonist, Toivo and I WANT TO SMOOSH HIS CHEEKS SO BAD!! The suave blond is Apollo.
Apollo is Toivo's roommate and, quite frankly, I am really kind of mad at him. As the the main character, Toivo has many romantic interests (Five in total if things go right), yet I can only seem to draw him with Apollo most of the the time. Seriously dude, stop hogging him and let the other suitors have a shot at him.
So for this piece I tried a couple new things in coloring and design. I also didn't ink it and just used my sketch as the final line work..... and I researched couch wrinkles for about three hours so.... yeah.

This will be my first VN and, it is a very daunting prospect (which I plan to work on without rush so everything goes well). I will definitely try posting to Lemmasoft, thank you for suggesting it!!
Once Apollo lets go of him I will certainly create more art with the other characters so please look forward to it!!! ^7^

Yes I can imagine >_< Will you be doing all assets by yourself? Programming, cg, music --? It's better to not rush it but as long as progress is made xD

the plan is to do it all myself, however if I find I have the funds/support I would love to find a music composer (and possibly even a background artist), but I am not holding my breath.
I currently have most the script done (all but 2 bad ends and about 1/4 of the final route) and I have character designs done for Toivo, three of his suitors, and a smattering of secondary characters. Luckily Ren'py seems easy enough to use. XD

xD I tried renpy a long time ago but after a few crashes I gave up ;_; Must be really tough doing everything yourself ^^ and having so many characters ^o^
