Not yet thought of that to be honest, probably something with above 300 hp that can handle 4x4 drive very well. Or perhaps you could decide it.

Reminds me of the General Dynamics AHED - did that inspire you sir?

My first thought was that a GTK Boxer knocked up a Casspir and this was their baby.

Yeah, I can definitely see xenomorphs being run over by this thing...assuming it can resist their acid blood.

haha.. my side is still with the Xenomorph anyhow.

And I would likely side with the Yautja if it comes to a war. Plenty of xenomorphs skulls to make trophies out of.

just a suggestion: why not make that big badass machine be even more badass?
I am sure you can do it.

I absolutely love the silhouette and posture of this vehicle, but looking at just how future-y everything else about it is, the giant rubber pneumatic tires seem very anachronistic and a bit silly.
For food for thought, airless tires are already a viable enough concept for private vehicles , and it's garnering a lot of interest in the military sector.
I'm sure the kinks will be worked out soon enough. Certainly by the time we have air-dropped LAVs being deployed from super Chinooks. And to continue being that guy, most LAVs have tapering slopes on the sides to prevent spalling from projectiles. Of course, not all of them have that, and a wonderful system of armor called slat armor more than compensates for whatever negatives may or may not be present from sheer hull walls.
It's light and unobtrusive , and makes sure you don't get shredded by spall or pulverized from all the force being sent through the frame in a very disruptive way. Also, it means you only have to add something to the model if you're interested, I can't model for shit so I'm gonna assume you can't just make the hull have tapering flanks because most things are harder than they seem.
EDIT: Though, now that I think about it, big pneumatic tires would be useful in an amphibious variant of the V-222. There's more than enough volume in those tires to keep it afloat.

Appreciate it friend, thanks for the comment!
To be honest I liked the airless tire with its capability, durability, and so on (I even made it in here nomansnodead.deviantart.com/ar⦠) but I even more loved the conventional big tires looks. Yeah only for the appearance, sorry. The other reason is I like to keep things old-schooled, that's why I decided to put the fat Chinook over there. It feels more sink into the actual world and the simple concept of a prototype machine. At least in my view

No need to apologize, it's your art. Aesthetics are the main attraction there. When I said it looked silly, I meant the very modern, angular accents on the body (like the door shape and armored panels behind it) make me see it as a little past near-future technologically.
I can give some examples of very cold war/post-Soviet design trends that I think might resonate with the conventional look you want.

Yep I get it don't worry.
You have a great point though. I should make a better version of this when I have the time. I'm currently preoccupied with my wheeled SPGA rail gun that hopefully will post it one day.
