My OC I'm entering to

For those having trouble reading my fabulously hand-tailored font;

Name: Frederick

Age: Roughly early twenties

Gender: Male

Species: A shadow creature of some type, he seems to be able to change forms

Height: Approximately 6' 5"

Weight: Lighter than he should be

Personality: Quiet, calculating, he is shy and will not tend to approach others unless approached, he does however watch and spy on people. He likes to work out how a person thinks, further adding
to his calculating, and somewhat untrustworthy nature. Whether he can actually be trusted or not is unknown.

History: Because the man does not speak very much, nor does he socialize very much with others, not a whole lot is known about his history. What can be easily sussed out, however, is at some
point in the past, around a decade ago, he gained the ability to transform into a human, and also a lamp-post. Judging by his attire, one can also assume he was raised or grew up in a
fairly well off area, as he has a rich sense of dress, and manners are paid attention to.

Strengths/Powers: He can transform into a lamp-post to hide in plain sight, although this lamp-post's lightbulb does not appear to be working properly, perhaps a result of his true nature?
In human form, he is lithe, and moves quickly, using shadows and dark spaces as ways to move around. He is unable to enter shadows that he cannot fit into comfortably.

Weaknesses: When in his human form, he is as easily harmed as one, perhaps even more so because of his gangly figure.
While as a lamp-post, if enough force is applied, he can be snapped in half, which will kill him, because it is like snapping his spine

Weapons: Preferring to avoid human contact althogether, he has not amassed much in the ways of fighting skills or techniques. He has developed a curious tendency to 'assassinate'
victims and foes, by applying a small blade, an old fashioned letter opener, to the jugular. If that fails, his hands will suffice to strangle, he does not have the strength to suffocate
people to death, however.

Other?: He barely speaks, if at all. The same applies to making sounds. The way he moves can best be described as skulking.

His intention for joining such a strange OCT seems to be fairly linear, his only main objective is to find secrets. However, it may be more than a simple obsession with the unknown...
