Many a year ago, I met a model, Alexandra Rodionova .
The very first picture I ever took of her in my studio turned out to be the most famous picture of her, appearing in multiple magazines. I originally didn't want to release this picture "LINK " because it was boring with just her in the studio. So I manipulated the shot using some stock images of grass and sky.
We always wondered what that shot would look like if we really did go outside on the grass at sunset and did a shot like this. So almost four years later, this is exactly what we did.

This is some really crazy lighting going on here. I had a portable sun gun that just lights up Alexandra's face, making her look like she's made of bronze while the sun in the background lights up her legs showing her natural skin color.
In todays society we are so used to seeing everything is all the details I find it refreshing to have some pictures that represent the sometimes faint details of life.

If I could use only Alex for every shot, every photoshoot idea I had, I would be a very happy artist. Maybe if we ask nicely she'll agree!
