Just finished reading the Shining Armor/ Cadance comic arc and I just had to draw these three. I kinda wondered what became of them after high school. So I aged them up a bit and tada!
Names left to right: Gaffer, Poindexter, and 8-Bit
Also I'm trying out a new way of drawing eyes and could really use an opinion on what you guys think!

I lean toward Gaffer and 8-Bit having rewarding careers in the tabletop gaming and video gaming fields, respectively. Poindexter I'm not so sure; would his on-show appearance mean he's failed at finding a suitable line of employment and needing a confidence boost as a result?

Thanks man! :3 I wanted to draw Poindexter ever since I saw him in "putting your hoof down" but wasn't inspired enough to follow through on it. But as soon as I read the comic and saw how awesome these three were, I knew that this had to be done!
