Description The monk must be a perfect imbecile, speaking like that to one of the highest Nazy officers!  Needless to say, he will pay with his life his insolent words. Nazys neither forgive nor forget..

So, what is the meaning of "walking abominations"? Who are the "wicked monstrosities"? Nazys or Ybrids?
Well this is a democratic comic: everyone is free to think what they likes!

Here is the quoted text, I'm afraid that the font is not easily readable: 
When the end of the days nears, unprecedented Monstrosities  and Abominations will be seen walking on the earth. This is the omen that the fall of the Mankind is close: beware you Men! Eradicate the wicked before they root, hunt them down to the last one, or nothing will save you from the Judgement of the Lord.

UPCOMING REVELATIONS  - I know some of you are waiting for this! Tomorrow, I will tell you if Seven Kay (the yellow haired Ybrid who is the main reason of the Lord's descend on earth) is a he or a she...  Some of you asked, others were puzzled and I even received some splendid fanart (thank you my friends!! ) that depicted Kay either as a male or female..

The relationship between Stelvio and Kay is the keystone of this story, so I think it is time to state things clear.
 According to Kay's sex, tomorrow you will also know if Stelvio is gay or straight or something else.

Che poi è la stessa cosa che fanno oggi con ogni testa sacro e biblico, o lo interpretano o lo predono troppo di parola, in ogni caso sempre casini 8D
Domanda: questo monaco così ben predisposto a pensare, perché ha la pentika sul petto?E' tipo un modo per "campare" oppure lo hanno seviziato" proprietà del governo" rotfl ok la smetto.

Stelvio potrebbe avere una crisi di coscienza dici (o una crisi epilettica? ) In ogni caso non avrà nè l'una nè l'altra..  farà una scrollata di spalle, e andrà a nanna felice (dopo aver detto le preghierine, eh! )
Eh il monaco è uno dei due figli maschi del leader del partito Nazysta.. poraccio, gli hanno tatuato quella cosa sul petto quando aveva 8 anni.. un regalino di papà immaginati..

eh si si lui soffrirà di crisi epilettiche tutta la vita.. scusa siccome posto roba in giro a casaccio, poi non mi ricordo più a chi ho detto cosa e cosa ho pubblicato effettivamente.. il fatto che sia epilettico è un altro pilastro della storia... pensavo di averlo detto ma mi fai venire un atroce sospetto... *va a controllare*
ecco buonanotte mi sono dimenticata di scriverlo nel doppio paginone dedicato a lui!! ma io non so se dormo o cosa..  Ah be' meglio così diciamo sarà una sorpresa!

Oohh I would love to see MaVlast's reaction to the words of the monk  
I like how the monk thinks, the prophecy isn't being really specific. It just makes it all more confusing D: (But that's good, I like confusing. ) But, if indeed it's referring to Ybrids, then I think eradicating them all will be quite hard. It seems like they have 'rooted' already

Stilfser'r reaction? Well, they are good friends.. so Mavlast will do a big laugh, shrug his shoulder.. and keep on killing Ybrids as before...  And yes! Iffy will stick with Stelvio until the very end.. until the day he will reveal to Stelvio that he is the Holy Lord..

Hmmm, interesting thoughts to ponder here with this excerpt... these "abominations" could be so many people or creatures... Maybe it isn't what it is on the outside as much as it is on the inside, time will tell!

(Also a few corrections to the grammar for you!)
When the monk is saying "Rather make sure you know properly what does he want from you", that final part should read "what he does want from you" and the "Aren't you maybe at the wrong side of the sentence" should maybe read "Maybe you are at the wrong side of the sentence". "Aren't" is a contraction of "are" and "not" and doesn't quiet make sense in the context of the sentence! c:

In one comment alone you dispelled two doubts about english grammar!!  
thanks a lot my dear! Your're my favourite grammar nazi ever!! I never knew for sure if in indirect questions you have to do the inversion..  I think it is a quite common error among foreigners, because if I google the wrong sentences there are still some results.. I will try to remember it!
As for the negative question.. In italian we use it all the time!  We ask "is not true?" (meaning : is it true) Wasn't she? (meaning : was she..?) 
I was sure it was the same in english!! I forgot that english speakers are not so contorted as italians!

I'm glad I could be of help!
If you ever are super confused about a sentence I will make sure to help you the best I can, even though grammar hasn't always been a strong suit for me!  
And for the negative question, I see what you mean! It does work to an extent, but isn't a commonly used way of speech in English. Then again English is a tricky language when it comes to all the rules, and breaking of said rules.  
However no that you explained it to me it does make sense on where you are coming from with the phrase!

thank you dear!! You help is precious for me! Honestly I hope that someone else will show up to correct my mistakes... I don't want you to always do the dirty job alone!!

As for the negative sentence, I know that many readers of the comic are not native english speakers.. so the simpler and the clearer the sentences.. the better for everyone!
If you help me to straighten them a bit (as you did this time), that would be a great improvement for the comic I think!!

Ah, I don't mind! I love to read through each panel, often more than once to make sure I know what is going on! I don't catch onto certain things or symbolism all that well so the extra readings help me catch on as well as catch a few mistakes if any along the way! I just hope someone else helps to keep my own corrections in check! I am by no means an expert in my own language! 

I'm glad to help though, so far you have done a wonderful job at keeping the wording clear and letting the images convey a ton of information!

As for prophecies: I agree with you: no God with a bare minimum of common sense would speak through prophecies!! Enigmatic sentences that cause only troubles to mankind... as if problems weren't already enough!

Actually..      In that picture the fat man is a co-founder of the Nazy party (and he is also the brother of the blonde lady). Knoydart's sons  are the two twin boys: the "blue" one is Lairg, who will become the monk, the other one, Laoigh will inherit the leadership of the party..

I hope it is not too complicated! But do not worry, we will see them all in the comic when the right time comes!

Hi my dear! Well... the monk is another big piece of the story... as for the pentika on his chest.. Mara almost got the solution of the riddle, pointing out his name: L. Eleison.. : the monk is one of the 2 sons of  the founder/leader of the nazy party.. So he got that tattoo at a very early age.. as a daddy's gift..

Interesting... alltough this does not necessarily refer to nazys, in my opinion. Every war ever fought have unleashed hell with all of it's cruelty including genocide, rape, slavery, ethnical, political or religious purges ect. Like a millenia ago, people could've thought with reason that the end is near, beacause let's face it, human wickedness is eternal and haven't really changed in it's core.

What if the prophecy is refering to something else, above humans, ybrids and other creatures far beyond this age and as raised who are these abominations the prophecy speak of? Maybe it's none of them and nazys just afraid and ybrids convinced they shall be avenged after this with the terrible wrath of the Holy Lord. However what we know about the Holy Lord so far, he does not really give a damn or two for the living beings on the planet, so maybe there are nothing behind the scenes and humans are just... well... humans.

Anyway i say none of them, as i don't really know what makes someone a walking abomination or wicked monstrosity. When i see an ant colony obliterate another i don't call them evil, neither i call those ants good who obliterate them.

But maybe i'm wrong and there are borders in morality. Who knows?

Your speculations are incredibly interesting! Generally speaking, I cannot but agree with you..
But also it must be noted that prophecies are often obscure by purpose... So that nobody can disprove them!

As for this story, it might surprise you.. but Nazys' interpretation of the prophecy is not wrong.. The walking abominations are indeed  the Ybrids!
This is a twisted comic...  things are not what they seem to be...
