That video of the climbers on that bridge is actually much more scary.
More wind and lack of belaying devices.

I was looking that... and when they stepped out of the bar, without any safety tool then I had stopped. Hey, if I go out to the balcony on the 3rd level then I fear, not on 300m of high. I think those guys are not normal.

Feel free to, though doing it the regular way involves climbing a rather long and strenuous via ferrata . There's a way to get there without climbing that, but maybe that is cheating.
In any case, belaying devices are strongly recommended here.
