Steam Lad, his nemesis Cherieng and her minions. All central figures in quickfire9988 aka 1602jaw's expanded universe. All five of them are regularly featured in his FanFictions such as Total Drama Cruise. Though to my understanding they predate those stories. Jaw keeps his references pretty out in the open, and he doesn't hide the fact that these guys are heavily inspired by other characters he enjoys, but personality I think the ancient Khmer motive and background to his central mythos really makes it stand out. I love seeing fantasy works and adventure stories take influence from real world cultures, especially South East Asian ones which are still very under represented in the West. These guys are fun characters, and I've been meaning to draw them all for a while. Glad I finally got the chance too.
