First and foremost, VERY cute character
I like the style you used, and even thought the paws are a bit small, it adds more to the cuteness factor
Her eyes are beautiful O_O and I love how the colors blend so nicely. They're really soft and mild and really give this character a nice generous amount of kindness along with playfulness.
To be honest, I'm not sure if you were looking for critique, and if you were, I can't rightfully find anything major to point out as wrong O_o Overall this image and the character herself are very well done The reference is clean, well planned, and easy to read (something rare these days ._.)
Very lovely character!
