Thanks to Digital Arts Magazine for the stock and also Nik Ainley.This took hours of tedious work, though I absolutely love the result.
It's pretty epic.
This is sort of a remake of 'Splash', as I wasn't really happy with it.
I was going to have water running down the legs and the jacket, though I was aiming for capturing the exact moment the guy exploded into liquid. This is why his hands and feet still have their rough form.
Anyway, thanks for having a look, comment or fave if you like what you see.

I spent a very long time looking for a similar stock photo, one with the jacket spread out like that. Good stock photos are very hard to find when you don't have any money.

I used heaps of photos of splashes, then used lots of blending and masking until I got the look I wanted. Thanks for the comment!

Love it, especially how his right hand still has the shape, with the sweat band! Awesome!
