Edit: since i am not functioning correctly, EchoLuminescentKirby reminded me about the Wingdings. They say, "YOU LOST HOPE"
Just saying, in Fallen Down, HP stands for, "HoPe" (it probably stands for hope in the game too but idk)
BuT YEAH- I'm gonna go eat my dinosaur chicken nuggets now. Those things are great.

Well, personally, I thought the idea of fluctuating health dependant on the individual was the idea you were attempting to perpetuate, but it appears I was mistaken, as it seems clear that they're both supposed to be designated 20 hitpoints, and the reason for her ten less health is due to the fact that "she lost hope," as is spoken by who I assume to be Gaster.
