Field worker:
Hello? this is [redacted] reporting about these entities that we dubbed "soda worms"? ever since we got into what is essentially a junkyard of a realm full of garbage and rubble... we found multiple organisms. These are one of them. They seem to be small ambush predators that mostly eat insects using some sort of organ in one of their arms. oddly enough, it smells sweet like soda. To be honest, I do not know how the hell objects from our Realm got here, but it seems to affect multiple organisms that incorporate it in their lifestyle or even biology....
funny enough, one of our colleagues decided to be a mad man in crack open the little buggers and whip them up to a meal.... we should have packed more rations... anyways I sent the report with some rough sketches and a photo ....
