Pretty much your run of the mill, every day pirate. He has a bit of a dark side to him and is a bit devious when it comes to certain things such as pranks or mature topics. He is very well known for being a huge flirt. Becoming king of Phantom's Pokemon, he tends to use his power and wealth to impress others and look intimidating despite being intimidating all on his own. He has many mates, but loves them all and treats them equally. He doesn't mind being on the rush to make them happy as it makes him feel important and gives him something to do. He's also really good with kids, being respected by his half sister for it. Foxy is also very fair, understanding if any of his mates want to seek other mates. It is hard to anger him and he's quite the gentleman. He also acts as a "older brother" and voice of reason to Phantom when she's not doing emotionally well or about to take a risk she doesn't need to. Ultimately he's Phantom's best friend and most loyal companion and stands by her side, willing to be there until the end.
