Personality: If you want a Pokemon who's overconfident and a bit of an idiot, it's Cirno. Cirno likes to freeze anything she can get her paws on and tends to have behavior that's...questionable at times. She believes she is stronger than even Arceus itself and will throw herself confidently into any fight or situation that she feels she can solve. Most of the time she can't, but there are moments where she's a blessing in disguise and is actually of help. Cirno is also a wonderful listener and supporter of her two daughters on the ranch, taking her job of being their mom more seriously than most things...which tends to lead to more idiocy since she has no experience in doing so.
