Pretty self-explanatory. I`m not saying that No Such Luck isn't a really dumb and poorly-written episode but the way a lot of fans reacted to this one stinker in a 3+ season cartoon could charitably be described as hyperbolic.In the one in a million chance that someone might notice it, yes this meme was originally uploaded by WDGHK who is the same person as me and I thought it was time to transfer it to my new, cartoon-centered account. I agree wholeheartedly with this, and I mostly write NSL fics as crossovers mainly due that it makes for good material, not because I'm still sore about it.

So if I make fanart poking fun at No Such Luck fanfics it's wrong, but if you make a meme poking fun at No Such Luck fanfics it's perfectly a-okay? I sense some hypocrisy.
You tell me it's wrong and petty to poke fun at certain aspects of the fandom, when you're doing the same thing. except I express it through fanart and you express it through memes.

Nobody can practice what they preach 24/7, but this here is just a simple meme that I didn't waste more than two minutes to make and simply addresses a genuine problem I find in the fandom, and I did it without literally giving viewers the middle finger. Plus this adresses a very specific problem: the wave of cheap and angsty What's A Person Worth-knock offs. I`m not blanket terming everyone who can fall under a very vauge and broad mentality like "I don't like character X" as over the top, extremists haters/assholes.

I still don't see the difference you like to express your distaste of certain things about the fandom through a straight forward meme while I like to express it through comedy and satire, as much as you may hate me and my artwork I still respect you more than I will ever respect the rabid Lynn/No Such Luck haters and those rabid fans that harassed the writers of the show.

Simple, I don't resort to crass gestures and I adresses real toxic problems within the fandom, not some imaginative ones. And I talk about how they could be improved, instead of just telling those I`m against "fuck you".
And that's the most backhanded compliment I ever heard.
