I rescued this hedgehog a while back. Kept him for a year, trained him for life in the wild and let him go free. He still visits from time to time. I know he now has a mate and had offspring.Please let me know if anyone decides to use this. Iād like to see it too

It /is/ a long-eared hedgehog. That is the species name xD [link] gives a little more info, as well as some pics so you can see that long ears are part of that species xP

I'm not arguing. I'm just surprised, since the area they mark them as native to (Central Asia) is quite the distance from where I live. Then again it doesn't mean that's the only area this species lives in.

lol sadly I live in Japan, there are no hedgies here. I have been looking into domestic hedgies, but I am not sure I am able to give one the home it deserves just yet. I move too often and my house becomes very cold in winter. Too bad.... they are so cute!
