Not sure now if it is a photoshop error or just a weird blip.
Her armpit has a piece of hair that looks at first like you just
used liquify, but once you zoom in you can see it is just an ill place bunch of hair.
I would suggest using liquify to push that little oddball in

You did a great job smoothing her face out, just touch up the elbow a bit to match.

I love all of your work by the way, it is just lovely.
