how difficult would it be to request or make one?

that depends on how skilled you are with 3D programs in general, you will need a bunch of programs to be able to make something of your own and add to the game. though if you ask nicely on a modders forum maybe someone is willing to help.

could I ask you a question?
I've been trying for days and days now to get mods, I downloaded them and did everything as the description told me, I copied the texture files and the meshes and the esp files into the oblivion data folder, just as told, and I can even see the files whenever I click 'data files' in the oblivion start screen, however, whenever I try to play further and search for the items on the given location, they never show up nor they are there! and since everyone but me seems to manage to get them, I'd love to get some tips! :C
I use oblivion the elder scrolls.
I'd be honored if you could help me :C

could it be something as simple as you havent clicked the boxes in the data files selection in the oblivion start screen? (dont know what to call it, do you know wich one i mean?) some mods doesnt work without OBSE, it usually says in the description. (OBSE is Oblivion Script Extender) it can be found here:[link] you run it Instead of the regular Oblivion, though you have to click on the mods that you want to use in the regular start screen, close it and start OBSE, For example; some demon races with wings and flying abilities requires this Program since regular Oblivion doesnt support flying characters. some mods require the Shivering Isles expansion and/or Knights of the Nine as well.

Yeah, it looks good. I like it. I have always wanted to get some mods, unfortunatly I am forced to get rid of my 360 because it is getting in the way of my finances. I will eventually get another one.

I own a 360, I tried to find some mods for it, but I found out that none were made officially by bethesda so the only ones out there are for the PC made by the few hard core fans of oblivion.

yeah, mee too. i particulary love the hat, but sadly there seem to be some bug. my game crashes when i try to equip it.
