A small paper cup is shuffled across the desk towards the sitting patient. In its contents there sits two pills. Fortunately, this isn't for a break in reality decision (at least one expects it isn't). Merely a pair of aspirins. Fright takes the pills and is moved towards a nearby chaise lounge. Just as a wooden box on a table is opened revealing a recording device.
