Today at university we had a 2D animation day and I was like FTW YEAH finally something I actually can do! (Usually we have 3D modelling or programming or movie analysis which is cool but a bit tiring).So the task was to make a very simple bounce animation and blargh. Kitty on a bouncing ball, that's awesome right
Look at dat fat fluffy kitty. Yayay!
It took me about 2 hours to make this, with a lot of distraction and in the end my motivation was gone so that's why it's still super rough.
So yah just showing off that I'm not dead yet.
Anyone wants a bouncing icon? Customly coloured with your name on it? For some points I could make it for you, just ask

Hmm I actually wanted to start doing bouncy icons again (which means recolouring my lines for ~20 points each) but I am leaving on holiday in 3 days, surely afterwards I'll have time!!

you know, just a question, but um, how do you make moving icons?
like i see people who draw the individual frames and they're like blah blah you can color it in blah credit me blah. and then people use it, but how do they link them together, to make it move? i've always wanted to try

Ah I'm sorry for the really late reply, I was on holiday and everything XD But now you have my full attention!
Well for the icons I use a program called Flash and then I draw picture sequences, like 1st picture: cat jumps, 2nd: its in the air, 3rd: it lands and so on. Usually it is 12 pictures per second and then I play them after another and it seems like its moving. A really time-consuming process but the program does most things for me. You can look up quick tutorials on the internet, they explain it much better than I can^^
