This is the -verylatebecauseI'msobusywithmyportfolio- animation dedicated to ~Sapphirepaw53 who won my design contest
This is her awesome entry:
That character is just pure badass and animating him was quite a challenge, not last because drawing wings is quite tiring XD
Anyways, while moving teh frames around in Photoshop I recorded myself doing it- the video is quite long but you can have a sneak here and there and maybe learn how I animate

Colour pencils, Fineliner
Photoshop CS4 (animation timeline)

Okay... okay... pohtay... IT'S SO SMOOTH!! *FLAILS* I love how the expression stays the same, sort of dark, mysteriously blank, the whole time O_O AND THAT FLIP.
