Feel free to ask question by sending me a note if there parts you don't understand.I know there are other better ways to color using a mouse but you guys asked how i did it so here is the step by step tutorial.IMPORTANT!!!
Please check out the preparing line art tutorial first before reading this since i don't want to repeat what i have taught there.

If you want to see the final product, it is here ------>[link]
There will be another tutorial on finishes such as background, and ways to color details such as jewelleries and clouds.

I have got a question:
How do I colour the selected areas for shadows? When I use the bucket tool it doesn't work, so which tool do I have to use?

Thank you so much for making this tutorial! That is the exact style I've been itching to try, but wasn't sure if I could pull it off without Open Canvas or Painter (cuz I have the lame ver. that came with m tablet). You rock!

Excuse me;
Where did you get that brush? Well I'm using Photoshop as well and I didn't see that kind of brush provided.
Downloaded somewhere or came from a driver?
Thanks

This tutorial was of no use to me... Even for someone who is experienced with Photoshop, it's too damned hard to read... You initialed things too much, and didn't explain everything very clearly. I like reading a tutorial that is written in proper english and easy to understand. You assume we are all familiar with your writing/talking style, and went off into your own little world.
Complete sentences and more detailed instruction help, too. I quit trying to read after the first paragraph.
Thanks for nothing.

*raises hand*
umm... What's an 'optical mouse'? What's a tablet? How would a tablet help? Is the lasso tool like the magic wand, but better? How do you know where to put highlights/shade? What's the easiest way to pick the tint/tone of a color for highlights/shading?
Errr... yea. Sorry for bugging you ^^'

Ths is the first tutorial that I have stumbled across in my recent DA browsing. I accidentally got into this page and I must say that I am truly amazed by both your talent and skill used in making this tutorial possible. I decided to add this tutorial to my favourites, because it is simple to understand and easy to digest.
Sadly, I am not a good artist myself, so that's why I am going to read more tutorials from DA and improve myself. That's why I dare not to submit any artwork, or else i will get ridiculed at.
Keep up the good work!
