Onto the fifth Koopaling in this picture series is the cool-looking Roy Koopa (known as Bully Koopa in the cartoon series) as Roy Orbison (1936-1988) a rock and roll singer/guitarist known for his impassioned singing style, complex song structures and for creating/singing emotional ballads, which had earned him the nicknames "The Big O" and "The Caruso of Rock".

Orbison was also known for always wearing cool pairs of sunglasses, which Roy Koopa also wears and seems to be very fond of music as well. However, unlike his namesake who was calm, relaxed, easygoing and generally well liked, Roy here is very much brawn over brains, who likes to show off his strength and as his alternate name would funnily enough suggest, bullies anyone he deems weaker than him, for his own amusement.
