I remember this XDD I've also had swords land standing up on their handles. Bethesda amazes me with their knowledge of physics

What physics can there be in a world where the sun is a literal hole in a veil?

This is happend so many times to me!, the odd floating iron mace etc...at first I was like HOLY HAMMER OF THOR A MAGIC MACE!, it was moments later after several more appeared that I realised 'twas a glitch.

Still, it does add variety. Finding weapons in chests does get old - how about finding them in the crisp winter air?

I had this happen with a battle axe but it was spinning on its axis, like the blades in the dwemer ruins XD scared the crap out of me. I couldn't pick it up though. so it was forever alone, spinning floating thingy

LOL. I have yet to come across a floating item that I'm not moving in the air on my own. But I have had the soaring mammoth thing happen to me a couple times. And then from the mammoths become the 'soaring Dovahkinn." I love dying by mammoth lunge, you get to see all of Skyrim for one second as you fall back down slowly.

It's actually really funny to look up from miles away and see mammoths in the cloud tops...and there still walking...lol
Although I've never had a flying wolf...

lol.
Sometimes shields float up into the clouds... Skyrim's full of floating and flying items, like mammoths.
That's way less crazy than being attacked by a decapitated Athis though.

A floating severed head... especially if its a head you are pretty sure you didn't sever... that would creep me out.
