I yell at my loading bars to make them speed up. It doesn't help much, but it makes me feel better

Yup! All my animations are done in CS5, actually. If you're having issues with getting started then I'd highly suggest looking around psd.TutsPlus.com . They're a great place to learn new stuff and try some easy projects yourself so you can see how things work. For example; Here is a great animated snowman tutorial to get you started

Thanks for the tutorial, but I never made time to read it.
Also, I just recently figured out how to use Photoshop to make GIFs.

My webcam wasn't really as "interesting" as I would have liked it to be, so I have changed my webcam to something more to my tastes. (I apologise if anyone dislikes the new webcam on my page.)

I recently discovered that progress bars are actually animated to make it look like it's moving faster than it actually is.
