this hot mama's name is Clara Clover and around Inkwell, she's known as "Queen of Cards" since is the ruler of the card kingdom.

card kingdom is in Inkwell Isle 2 (obvi she fucking lives there lmao) and since Clara was born, raised and lived in Inkwell Isle 2 she basically is great friends with everyone (y'know, bonnie, djimmi neutron, bepsi-cola, grimly, and wallace) and a social butterfly.

she basically sold her soul to the Devil bc her dad was an asshole and took his role as "king" to the extreme. so he was overthrown and became, and still is, the ruler of the card kingdom. eventually cupface and mughead had to fight for her soul contract and they got it yee

like most cuphead ocs (lmao), she has a love interest BUUUT there's lore so, stfu and listen:

her love is interest is none other than...mr. dice man. they knew each other ever since they were kids since dice and his family were poor, and got jobs and a place to stay at her castle. dice's dad worked as a tailor and his mom worked as her younger brother's nurse/nanny. he instantly fell in love with her bc of how sweet and beautiful she was. once he saved her ass from almost getting her hand cut off by a psycho meat butcher for "stealing", and Clara started professing the same feelings back. however, Clara and Dice's dads didn't approve of their romance and forbade each other by having any kind of contact for one another, by Clara's dad putting her in finishing school and Dice's dad putting him in the dungeon for cleaning duty.
