Description
I know I have owed art to do but when I saw these guys, their deadline was really soon so I threw it on the front burner to get it done before the deadline. I now present, Dedcy (pronounced Ded-see and I stole his name from a very old character of mine lmao) I love this lad. His idea is essentially oceanic reaper (not actual reaper, just his theme-) of sorts, and also I listened to spirit phone on repeat nearly the entire time making him- Hope you guys like him!
