You know come to mention it, eyepatches do give off quite a fierce level of menace. They are often associated with masterminding villains and more commonly pirates.

It's a trope is all. Eyepatches are used, medically, for the covering of the area where an eye was lost. Thus also telling any bystanders that they seen some shit.

Man I really like this for a lot of reasons. I love the difference in colors between the cloth and armor forms of Senketsu, the cloth form looking kind of matted (I thinkat's the right word for what I mean) while the armor form clearly has a metallic sheen or reflectiveness to it. I feel like her hair should have been longer, but then with the shape of her hair it might have looked a little too wild for a character who is supposed to be super serious and a little cold. Then again maybe that isn't the case and she is just as fiery as ever but with a more serious nature. Maybe I'm over analyzing itΒ

Nope, the fanfiction was probably inspired by this. I did that when Kill la Kill was around episode 9.
Then it went viral in Tumblr for a while. But I can't say for sure that It inspired it.
But I do can say I was not inspired by it.

Since when I did this I had no Idea what their ages were They would also be swapped. But since they turned out to be sisters let's jsut say ragyo throws satsuki out imediatly since she's imcompatible

My personal idea is that since Ryuko turned out perfectly in Ragyo's eyes, Satsuki had absolutely no value to her. Luckily, Soichiro managed to get little Satsuki away from Ragyo's clutches before she could either kill her or use her for a gruesome kamui experiment or something.

I think I know why she threw Ryuko in the trash: the same reason why the saiyans throw their young into distance worlds.

I think not, Andarion 's Idea was for Ragyo to throw out Satsuki because Ryuko was half a success. And Satsuki was nothing.
I think it fits better this way and bends reality less.
