I can see this happening. In such a au I feel Satsuki's charisma would lead her to become the bancho of her junior high (such as it was implied Ryuuko was in a flashback) and several of them continuing to assist her even as she joins honnuji, their loyaly stringer then the fear of death.
On the other hand Ryuuko is a more solitary figure, rather then set people against one another she is more likely to go beat up people herself until the problem is solved.Β
This also became so much darker with recent episodes.
