Oh My... I can't help but reimagine various scenes from the series with Ryuuko being the Evil Overlord... and Gamagoori calling her "Ryuuko-sama would be awesome... also Ryuuko is a bit smaller than Satsuki so it would make her a small but feisty overlord XD
I love the horns you added to her hair decks, makes her look even more dangerous and the overall black-red scheme makes her look like a Sith Lord.

The color scheme is just perfect for a swap. All colors for each had a corresponding color.

According to this Gamagoori was kinda similar to Mako in that he was ostracised by his classmates.
So this time around Ryuuko in middle-school would meet an ostracised and bullied Mako, save her, teach her how to stand up for herself and... when Satsuki would confront her and try to attack, just before she'd even reach Ryuuko she'd get socked in the face by enraged Mako.

That actually fits pretty well. But I think the swap Mako x Nonon is better because of the clothing and because putting Gaamagori in a sailor uniform would be too much for my eyes xD
