uuuuuh, in the cartoon series he was called "Ughetto" x3 I remember him.
He's not drawed bad, and he can be more strong in MK, if he had some weight up!

That's why I liked Toad! He may have been a featherweight, but he was quick! It is often the fastest character who wins, not the strongest.
