"Damn, that sucks," Turbid commented. "I always considered identical twins to be the closest kind of siblings."

"Well, we were a lot closer when we were little," Vinny added, a longful smile creeping on his lips. "We were pretty much inseperable."

Turbid frowned. "It happens as you grow, I guess."

Vinny sighed. "You're lucky. You and Courtesy are still really close, it's kind of ridiculous." She shifted his head to the side so he could catch a sight of him leaning on his back. Turbid glanced at him.

"...Yeah," he agreed. "I kinda take it for granted, now that I think of it."

"So did I." He moved his head back onto his hooves and allowed his eyes to shut. "Sometimes I feel it's my fault... maybe I should've taken the whole 'popular important pony' path."

"I don't think so, considering you not about that kind of life," Turbid said. "You should just do whatever you wanna do."

"I know, but the thought still lingers." His muzzle twitched as he attempted to relax.

"It shouldn't linger," Turbid murmured. "I probably wouldn't like you as much if you were super important..."

"What?" Vinny's ears perked.

"Nothing, just..." he searched for his words. "I'm just so used to being surrounded by high class ponies. It's nice to have a friend who prefers to be more casual."

"Oh. That's... something I can agree on."

"That we prefer not being stuck-ups?" Turbid raised a brow.

"Yep."

"I really like you, Vinny," Turbid muttered under his breath.

"What?" Vinny perked an ear.

"Nothing."
