For outfits, I look for a theme first. What do you want the character to sort of show ? This one, I wanted to do a magician, I had a sort of carnival theme, so that's stripes right there. The commissioner asked for stars, there's a nightsky thing going on. u vu Usually for the outfit itself, i just draw a bunch of dif shapes or lines on the body. Something looks like a vest ? SUDDENLY A VEST. I hope that explains it. qv q / It's just a lot of practice !! Feel free to send me anything you'd like feedback on or something, too ! u vu
