The way that I draw palms is kind of like having a number seven '7' in the palm of your hand, only the angle where the two lines meet is always between the thumb and index finger. Just how I do it.

I like to dray the lines which mark the muscle of the thumb and the crease that runs paralel to the pinky, but everyone has their own way of doing it. :3
