I have a tablet and Paint Tool Sai, so that might affect it some, since I'm drawing it like I would on paper. Sai has awesome pressure sensitivity, so the lines are tighter than they would be in photoshop. It has an easy to use vector line tool as well, and that's what I use for the longer, rounder lines I have trouble drawing neatly. For everything else, I draw short lines by flicking my wrist. It usually takes a few retries to get the line right.
