I was gonna post the whole doodle page, but I wasn't really satisfied with the other doodles. I did, however like this one, so have a Negan!
-Drew this sometime after the S7 premiere. I'm really loving Jeffrey Dean Morgan's portrayal of Negan so far, and I look forward to seeing more of him!
(I do, however, have some problems with how they've written him when it pertains to the whole 'wives' situation, but that's another story for another day I guess lol)
(He's really the only reason i'm watching the show tbh I gave up trying to catch up a long time ago. The comics are awesome though)

I think you're much more used to liking bad guys than I am lol! I don't like negan but we were talking about baby driver and I was thinking about fargo bc I just watched the first season (WHICH WAS AMAZING...) and I liked the hitmen but felt conflicted??? bc murderers?? lmao
even tho I appreciate and enjoy bad/evil characters (and there's a scale of badness) and think they're well written I don't usually genuinely like them u know what I mean??
have you seen fargo? you seem like you'd definitely enjoy it. the main bad guy is insane but amazing (he is one I appreciate but don't genuinely "like" lol) like...................... dang it's such a good show

The bad guys are always so interesting, and depending on who the characters are, they can have some redeeming qualities about them which makes them all the more enjoyable! But there is a scale of badness that I do adhere to when it comes to liking them in the first place since I don't just like them right off the bat, they have to earn my 'like' for them lol
But yes I have seen Fargo, it's one of my favorite shows! I have S1 and 2 on dvd, and once S3 is available i'm gonna buy it as well! Malvo is probably the best antagonist in the series, and his way of doing things is just so entertaining because he's just so unpredictable
But oh gosh, the hitmen were my absolute favorites! I loved how they used asl and acted like an old married couple whenever they were on screen together, which definitely made the events near the end so heartbreaking for me because they were just two peas in a pod! c:

oh my god I know!!!! they were so cute together? I couldn't help but adore them. my mom is watching the show rn too (she just watched the craziness of episode 6? or 7? when the shooting in the snow goes down and she was like that was insane). but when I mentioned I love the hitmen characters she was like, OU LOVE THEM? THEY WOULD KILL YOU W/OUT A 2ND THOUGHT

I can justify it by saying imo they are somewhat redeemable bc of being groomed into being assassins but I feel like... u don't even HAVE to justify it, you know? as fiction?
idk I think about this stuff a lot too being a story creator... hm
but that was before ep 5-7 so maybe she likes them a bit more now that she watched the scene where he cries bc his friend is dead

(it's ep 6 btw) I watched it mostly with my dad (but then he quit during S3 because he said it was too slow, and I was like 'each season before now was pretty slow at points, even the movie was slow. so what's so wrong with it being slow?? XD ) But I digress. You're right, there really isn't a need to justify a character's actions, as long as it's in character and that it makes sense for the story itself. I hope she likes them somewhat now, because oh gosh now i'm having feels about those two! I haven't thought about his death in quite some time but it's all just so sad!! Thanks for the feels lol

Jeffrey Dean Morgan does a great job at playing him, even though he's totally the character I love to hate. Lucille is so frikken cool though, I lowkey want one. I've been kinda on and off with this show, but I'm kinda getting back into it ^^ And this looks awesome, I love how you made the jacket look (: Great work!

To be honest, i'm really just watching the show so I can compare it to the comics, but yes Jeffrey Dean Morgan is doing a great job at playing him, I can't wait to see more of him
