Hawaii was one of the little island nation things in the Pacific. The day America came over for obvious business opportunities, he saw her. He fell in love, despite the feeling being one-sided. After much conflict, he married the girl, much to her annoyance with the cocky male. The two then lived 'happily' together. Hawaii, tired of being bossed around, acted like she returned the love. However, she felt that she sympathized with her husband due to his issues with the world and government. She dies in the attack on Pearl Harbor, causing America to have a heart attack in shock.Related content

(No. There was no nationalism for Hawaii being a country since she is a state by then. Since there is no belief, death of the being is highly possible. That's why we see Hawaii die, but Germany and Italy survive.)
