18 months old, out of the destroy everything stage, well at least I hope heheh

that's great, nice to get past some of the 'trouble' stages -  my puppy's finally potty trained but he's still teething big time and very inquisitive (he gets into things sometimes and I dunno how he manages to do so - he has a particular fondness for stealing cardboard boxes from the recycling bin and my mom jokes that he's 'helping out' by breaking stuff down lol)
Dogs and really a lot of companion animals are lovely, they love so unconditionally and every dog and cat I've met has their own distinctive personality quirks so getting to know them is both a learning experience and a great joy and in turn, they come to know you better than even people can (There's nothing like looking into the eyes of an intelligent animal and seeing how bright they are and how clearly they can see you too)

Heheh yeah and that's good, I'll be needing to do that with this one ;u;
and awe bless, what's his name? my old dog used to pull towels off the clothes line and put it
on the tiles cause he didn't like the cold feeling sometimes ( even though he had his own blankets) ;u;
but yes all very true! Turns out I have to wait another day or so to meet this one as its very hot today

Crunchie, he's quite the mischevious little guy and I can't believe how fast he's growing (he's at least double the size he was when we first got him - we weighed him on his first day home and he was at ~16 pounds and this morning he was 35.4 - he's gonna be a big boy bc he's a king shepherd. The average adult weight for males is like 130-150 pounds)
awww that's cute, Crunchie is pretty warm usually because he's got very thick fur so he loves going in the snow to cool off and when you put cold hands on his belly. That's too bad, but something to look forward to for sure!  It's the opposite where I am today, it's been super cold (feels like -27 not including wind chill) so we've been only letting our puppy out to go to the bathroom and we've been making sure he gets exercise inside by chasing his ball and running up/down the stairs.

Awe cute name! I dunno if I mentioned it anywhere
but my new boy's name is Turbo but I reckon my parents would change it
haha woah a big boy indeed, the reason the breeder is giving away this one is cause he was a show dog but
he was apparently "too big" for his age so I'm curious to see what he's like
(My mum's been telling me about him though hasn't seen him as it's meant to be a secret from me
and dad doesn't know I know huehuehue >u< )
ah heck I wish it was cold here (I live in Australia) and today's the hottest day we've had for this year I think ;u;

Yep! ahh that's nice, though It's silly that 'too big' is undesirable in show lines, I would think it makes the dog more appealing but I'm not really well read on dog shows.
(ahh that's really nice, my puppy wasn't a secret but my parents kept it a secret that he was coming home two weeks earlier than the initial set day until the day before we went to pick him up)
Ohh I can understand that then, personally I'd just like mild weather - It kind of went from really hot to really cold here with no mild weather between (I'm in Canada) We're finally getting out of a particularly cold patch, I think the highest temperature last week was -20

Heheh yeah, I was surprised about that too tbh ;u;
Ah that's cool! ;u; we ended up not getting to see the Turbo on the day I said we would
as the breeder had to do something suddenly on the day so the only day we can see him this
week is Saturday as it's the only cool day we have ;u;
Ah yeah, oh that's cool c: We've been getting odd weather lately, it will be very hot one day and then cold and rainy the next >u<
