Found the perfect reference to practice colors and lighting, to chill. These two things I usually fail at. Was a lot of fun lolSnatcher, bit revamped, from Boxtrolls, the looks of that movie are just fabulous

What strikes me as fascinating about this painting is that Mr. Snatcher actually looks younger here than compared to his appearance in the actual film. I'm not sure what you did but I feel like we're looking at Snatcher as he may have looked 10-20 years before the (SPOILER) Trubshaw Baby Incident. I'm not complaining of anything. I think this is beautiful; this is just a thought that I have as I look at it.

I was thinking the same thing. I think it's just that he looks a bit slimmer here. And maybe his hair isn't quite as scraggly.
