i would still define this as a paradox, because what started this loop.
before the encounter she wasn't interested in time, but in plutonium.
if this encounter didn't happen would she still get her cutimark, and interest in time.
you could also say this is a fixed point in time, which has the potential to become a paradox if someone(thing) breaks the cycle.

3rd panel: Instead of a period between scared and me, it should be a comma. Those buttons are next to each other, so that might've been overlooked.
4th panel: It should be: "Are we thinking about the same thing?"
5th panel: Some minor mistakes, but it should be: "About a place where I can find plutonium?"
6th panel: The first sentence is perfectly fine, but the second sentence needs some work. It should say: "You want to talk to me about it, don't you?"
8th panel: It should be: "I never thought about it."
*OPTIONAL*: For panel 8: Change it to: "I never thought about until now..." and on the ninth panel, simply change 'but' into 'and'.
