I'm surprised that you didn't credit him. Even if you didn't know the Author you should have stated so in artist's comments and not led anyone to believe this is original and yours...

One thing though: The very bottoms of a few letters (s,o&u) of the "is out of" row are blurred slightly as well, you should really fix that.
