See, I took it to mean it your imagination is the most important part of any art work. If it's not working, than your eyes or any "Book smarts" you have won't help you.

either way it works because if you are focusing on a project etc. you'll get something good, also if your mind is all over the place you may end up with something good aswell so either way it works.
